Reality-Net Services is an administrative and financial service company in Pretoria which is managed by Denise Visser. We offer an administrative service to FSP's where the need exists for a professional and comprehensive report of a client's insurance portfolio and the possible restructuring thereof, at a fixed fee. Thus, saving you as a FSP, the time and costs of employing permanent staff to perform this function and having the reassurance that your will be accurate.

We guarantee that portfolios will be compiled thoroughly and that the data will be 100% correct. A combination of Astute, Goldprint and direct access to the insurers is used to to acquire data after which the the data is scrutinized and its accuracy is determined.

We have been active in the insurance business since 1991, specifically in the acquisition of information and the compilation of life insurance portfolios with the accompanying restructuring and strategic debt redemption recommendations.

Ons bied ‘n administratiewe diens aan FDV’s by wie die behoefte bestaan om ‘n professionele en volledige verslag van ‘n kliënt se versekeringsportefeulje en moontlike herstrukturering, teen ‘n vasgestelde fooi te bekom. Sodoende bespaar u as FDV tyd en koste van permanente aanstellings en u het die gerusstelling dat data korrek is.

Ons verseker dat portefeuljes noukeurig saamgestel word en dat data 100% korrek is. ‘n Kombinasie van Astute, Goldprint en direkte aanvraag van versekeraars word gebruik om data vas te lê waarna die korrektheid nagegaan word.

Ons is sedert 1991 in die versekeringsbedryf werksaam, spesifiek gemoeid met die insameling van inligting en die opstel van lewensversekeringsportefeuljes met die gepaardgaande herstrukturerings- en skulddelgingsvoorstelle.

Persoonlike voorkeure in terme van vervangende versekeraars, UA hantering ensomeer sal met makelaar bespreek word sodat verslae na behoefte of voorkeur van makelaar voorberei word. Personal preferences regarding replacement insurers, RA handling etc. will be discussed with broker in order to prepare reports according to the requirements of the subject broker.

Requirements:

FSP's registered with Goldprint will be eligible for these services. Goldprint fees amount to only R275.00 + VAT per month regardless of the amount of reports required. If you have not joined, please complete the form on the application page.

FDV’s wat by Goldprint geregistreer is sal van die dienste gebruik kan maak. Goldprint se fooi beloop slegs R275.00 + BTW per maand ongeag hoeveel verslae u benodig. Indien u nog nie aangesluit het nie, voltooi asseblief vorm op aansoekblad.

Procedures:

Step 4 : Fax or E-mail the required information to us (mandate etc.)

Step 5 : Immediately after receipt you will receive an acknowledgement by E-mail

Step 6 : Preparation

Step 7 : Report or reports will be transmitted to you by E-mail

Stap 5 : U sal onmiddelik na ontvangs erkenning van ontvangs per e-pos ontvang.
